The LineUp
Haha, ok la...my view on the line up.
No.4 --> KMK (Centre)
Tallest, and leader of the team to competitions.
No.3 --> YYH (shooting guard)
Calm, cool. Doesn seem dangerous. But comes out and makes shots when needed.
No.10 --> SYD (power forward)
Fierce on the attack. But takes too huge risks sometimes. Just jokking.
No. 11 --> Me (small foward)
Also very fierce...haha
No. 7 --> CTX (point guard)
Hey...you know thats the playmaker's position? Not that i no other place to put...but normally, point guards play a back role in the game. Making contributions which seem insignificant, but i learnt from my friend that its the point guard that dictates the play....haha And I am serious abt it....matches...small contributions that go un-noticed.

Random post
Just in case you think you are TC (technologically challenged). The following is an excerpt taken from a Wall Street Journal article:
1.Compaq is considering changing the command "Press Any Key" to "Press Return Key" because of the flood of calls asking where the "Any" key is.
2.AST technical support had a caller complaining that her mouse was hard to control with the dust cover on. The cover turned out to be the plastic bag the mouse was packaged in.
3.Another Compaq technician received a call from a man complaining that the system wouldn't read word processing files from his old diskettes. After trouble-shooting for magnets and heat failed to diagnose the problem, it was found that the customer had labeled the diskettes, then rolled them into the typewriter to type the labels.
4.Another AST customer was asked to send a copy of her defective diskettes. A few days later a letter arrived from the customer along with photocopies of the floppies.
5.A Dell technician advised his customer to put his troubled floppy back in the drive and close the door. The customer asked the tech to hold on, and was heard putting the phone down, getting up and crossing the room to close the door to his room.
6.Another Dell customer called to say he couldn't get his computer to fax anything. After 40 minutes of trouble-shooting, the technician discovered the man was trying to fax a piece of paper by holding it in front of the monitor screen and hitting the "send" key.
7.Yet another Dell customer called to complain that his keyboard no longer worked. He had cleaned it by filling up his tub with soap and water and soaking the keyboard for a day, then removing all the keys and washing them individually.
8.A Dell technician received a call from a customer who was enraged because his computer had told him he was "bad and an invalid". The tech explained that the computer's "bad command" and "invalid" responses shouldn't be taken personally.
9.A confused caller to IBM was having troubles printing documents. He told the technician that the computer had said it "couldn't find printer". The user had also tried turning the computer screen to face the printer - but that his computer still couldn't "see" the printer.
10.An exasperated caller to Dell Computer Tech Support couldn't get her new Dell Computer to turn on. After ensuring the computer was plugged in, the technician asked her what happened when she pushed the power button. Her response, "I pushed and pushed on this foot pedal and nothing happens." The "foot pedal" turned out to be the computer's mouse.

THings you shld do to get ready for common test
1. Sleep early, wake up early.
2. Do mock exams in the morning
3. Concentrate for 2-3hrs straight without distractions.
4. Stop going out for outings so often.
5. Dun spend so much time blogging or playing.

WHAT?
Yida? Which tudi? You dun have any existing tudi left in cat high (apart from justino). Forfeits arh...i not really in for it...unless you that sadistic...maybe tell the losing party to stay back and train extra everytime loh....and during chessclub got to do chores. But definitely not those extreme ones la.
And like wat yida say...whatever put here must carry out ah...i will try to do my part if i can afford the time....haha.
Interesting...we have:
1 Cl radical (kmk), irony right...he gets depleted by them but yet behaves like one.
1 Grp I metal (Yida) always ready to put posts in.
1 Grp II metal, (CTX), not as reactive as yida, but sure puts more comments than me...haha
1 halogen, YYH. Fairly stable, but will react in certain situations.
1 Transition Element, myself. Have a range of frequencies to react to...and at certain times too. But i am fast losing my ability to switch oxidation states...probably becoming Scandium soon...haha
The rest...NOBLE GASES....rarely see them talk...hard to breach their stable octate structure....
Sorry...studying too much for chem already....haha

O3... i know you are being depleted by other radicals like *Cl, so u very despo now...we all study tht...not to worry, we will help you. :P
Anyway, i feel that we can follow KMK's plan, but refine it a little. Maybe think abt do you want to train them as a team or as individuals. Also, you must consider their styles. What u train them in may not suit their style...so we must tailor it to their needs. Maybe instead of 2.5hrs, 2hrs la...dun be so bad. Then also go thru with them their matches after they finish. Since I am the tallest, I start off with the skeletal framework for our training sessions with CHS.
We will train a team of 8 ppl on a Saturday.
We split 'em into 2 grps of 4. Train Red one side, Train Black another side.
Then teach whatever we can.
Then pit them against each other.
Serious matches. 20 minutes per side.
The whole thing will take about 2.5 hours.
1 Hour game.
1 Hour teaching.
Half hour for them to do forfeit when they lose their matches.
Then after that, we pull a few to stay back and train speed.
We play 5 minutes each.
When they lose, they minus 1 minute from the next match.
If they win, then they plus 1 minute.
When they reach a starting time of 8 minutes, they can go back.
If they left starting time 0 minutes.
Err... you guys suggest.
We will train a team of 8 ppl on a Saturday.

The whole thing will take about 2.5 hours.
1 Hour game.
1 Hour teaching.
Half hour for them to do forfeit when they lose their matches.
Then after that, we pull a few to stay back and train speed.
We play 5 minutes each.
When they lose, they minus 1 minute from the next match.
If they win, then they plus 1 minute.
When they reach a starting time of 8 minutes, they can go back.
If they left starting time 0 minutes.

Yo, old exco of CHS chess club. We gotta do something about CHS, they are going down too fast. From 1st place to 3rd place drop is quite big considering CHS is BIG.
I'm suggesting we go back to train 'em on saturdays regularly.
Gotta look up Chung first and discuss so we can get the logistics...
Though i'd say we'd break into class rooms, brute force open the locker and get the stuff even without permission. But it's impt that we get the main ppl to be trained into the session, so gotta get her to get them.

I wasn't normally like that. I hardly followed the EPL or any other forms of soccer/football championships for that matter in the past. In my free time I do plenty of sports, mainly running and swimming, but I've never played soccer my entire life.
The truth is, I suck when it comes to balls.

My point is, I have a newfound interest in soccer thanks to the World Cup and I'm considering taking up the sport.
Over the weekend, I was at the shopping centre looking through some shoes, jerseys and stuff when I spotted the official ball for this year's World Cup - theadidas Teamgeist.

Hypnotised by it's sexy curves, I sauntered dreamily to the ball, picked it up and much to my horror I saw this staring right back at me.
What the hell?! 400 bucks for a freakin' soccer ball?! CCB SIMILAN ISLAND WHAT A RIP-OFF!
You gotta be wondering how much of a killing adidas is making right now just selling those balls.
RM400 per ball! RM400 is a lot ok! Not some small amount little kids can afford ok! RM400 can buy me 180 bowls of kolo mee and I'd still have some spare change to keep. And you expect me to spend it on a seemingly normal ball with some stupid curves and the ridiculous Germany 2006 logo on? DREAM ON!

If you're anything like me, you'd feel very tulan as well. It's like, you want something so much but you just can't see yourself spending so much money on something so unjustifiably overpriced that it's killing you inside.
Just then a light bulb appeared over my head. I thought to myself... why not make my own soccer ball? The Teamgeist is loaded with all these fancy technology a casual player wouldn't care. All we care about is the look. Why pay so much for a soccer ball that looks good? Make your own!
Yes, that's right. For a fraction of the cost of an authentic adidas Teamgeist, I could make my very own official FIFA World Cup 2006 soccer ball. And I'm gonna show you how.
First, you'd need a regular soccer ball. Any one will do. Get a "Made In China" one at your local sports store for a cheap RM40. 
Sure, it won't last as long and the specs aren't as good, but the improvements in the Teamgeist ball are minimal in practice you probably won't notice it anyway.
Then you gotta spray the ball all white. 
Use spray paint of ICI Dulux, whichever you prefer. Gotta have a white background before you paint the designs on later ya know?
Now comes the difficult part. 
You know how the Teamgeist ball features the signature World Cup trophy-inspired 'rounded propellers'? That's important. That's the whole reason why so many wanted the ball in the first place.
But how do you do it?
Easy.
You get a box of Kotex.
Stick 'em all over your ball.
Add drawings with a marker pen and there you go
!
Your very own Official FIFA World Cup Teamgeist Ball. 
They look so similar no one can tell the difference.
Better still, if your girl is expecting her monthly matter, you can just peel one off your ball to let her use. And she'd be so in love with you.

So finally I learnt how to post a blog the PROPER WAY...thanks to yida. Hopefully this gets on the blog...or else..............
Anyway...I think this will be the most significant Rcup tournament i have. Not because its my first time winning the team Event, but because its the last time i will get to play with you guys, and also the last time i will get to play with dy, zhaowei, fang tao...and all the rest...will really miss the times where we played against each other, no matter lose or win....
Very sad la...didn get to take a combined photo shoot as intended...only managed to take one with NJC...oh well...since this is NJ and AJ dominated blog...so its quite fitting anyway....
So guess it will be a looooooooooong time before i get to meet you guys again......... good luck for your studies...i am finding it hard to cope with intensive mugging...haha. Score well, and get the results u want!!
